Once on the surface above these dungeons there was a bloody war. Two lords fought for power, and soon one of them began to suffer defeat. He was captured, but he and several of his subordinates managed to escape through a tunnel into underground caverns. There, 20 years later, he built a new state and named it Vardos. But suddenly, a terrible threat loomed over Vardos. This still young country could be wiped off the face of the earth. One of the underground lords found out about the existence of Vordos and decided to take possession of it.
