Surface needs to be finished! The undergrounds contain almost no neutral creatures. Lack of resources and treasures! The starting cities are too close together. A small amount of mines (arranged completely randomly). Dwellings do not have a certain level (once it will be e.g. dwelling centaur, and once green dragons!).
And this only after a cursory view in the editor;)

В целом норм, подземелье вообще бесполезное пустое, все объекты там никем не берутся, так как никто в здравом уме не пошлет в эти пустые лабиринты войска. Магия контроля в наличии
