Fly, dimension door, town portal, scuttle boat, boat summon, water walk, angel wings, spellbinder's hat, tome of air magic, necklace of ocean guidance & sea captain's hat should be banned.
Besides above, this is a very good map for 1v1 (or even against cpu).
