Открыл всю карту наземную, захватил 2 города под землей, не могу найти героя Циель, чтобы открыть ворота, или нужно сделать что-то еще?

Циэль в тюрьме на подземном уровне, рядом с драконовским замком в юго-восточном углу карты. Именно она открывает врата к Галтрану.
