I've tried the map (scenario), and I've found the heroes (and to a lesser extents, the towns) to be massively overpowered.

How are you supposed to outgrow these opponents? They'd have more towns at their disposal, by the look of things, and I guess you won't have the ability to ever overtake them, in terms of number and power of units available to you.

Any hints/ideas?
