Dr Embar – head of the dragonology department, crystal dragon
Andry – first researcher, black dragon
LionHead – scientific secretary, phoenix
Morfey –adjunct, black dragon

2. Goal
The principal goal consists in constant improving of the tactical, strategic, diplomacy and trading skills.
To complete the goal, each member should assist his partners as much as possible. Those who ignore this basic principle can not represent the clan and thus, can be excluded.
3. Foreign affairs
The background of this policy relies on the friendly relationship with other dragons, clans and organizations. In case of the external aggression, clan mates act together, helping each other during the war.
4. Internal affairs
The clan leader is elected by the dragons council each two years.
Considering the activity of the clan mates, the leader may initiate the exclusion of the clan member. In this case at least two other members should support the decision of the leader.
Other issues of the internal policy are to be discussed in frames of gentlemen agreements between clan members.
5. Treasury
Offers for the clan needs are free will of each member. In every specific case, financial questions are the subject of the members' agreement.
