Clan “Gladiators”.

I. General regulations.
1. The clan was created on a voluntary basis according to the Clan Law of Heroes Lands.
2. Members of the clan:
Sir Kolizey - leader  
Sir AlexMag - strategist
Sir Anium - treasurer
Sir hister - consilor
Sir relax - diplomat
3. Clan’s motto: Bellum nec timendum, nec provocandum -  «War is neither to be feared nor provoked.»
II. Clan’s structure:
1. Any member of the clan may leave it if he wishes to.
2. A member of the clan may be expelled from it for disobedience of the laws of the Lands, or by decision of the clan’s council.
3. Any inhabitant of the Lands who obeys their laws and participates in the tourneys actively, may become a member of the clan.
4. Anyone previously expelled from the clan may become its member again if the clan’s Council allows him to.
5. Positions in the clan:
a) Leader – the only person in the clan having the right to announce a Clan War or address the Magistrate on behalf of the whole clan. Leader is the one responsible for the whole clan.
b) Treasurer – the person who keeps all the common property of the clan.
c) Diplomat – the person who is responsible for the clan’s foreign affairs.
6) Council of the clan.
- is called to discuss important matters regarding the clan;
- a decision is confirmed if at least 3 monsters voted for it.
III. Internal policy of the clan.
1. Maintenance of unity and good relations inside the clan.
2. Sharing the experience and raising the game skill.
3. Increasing wealth of the clan’s members in the Heroes Lands.
4. Financial and material help for every member by the rest of the clan in case of necessity.
IV. Foreign policy of the clan.
1. Maintenance of a good reputation of the clan.
2. Expansion of the clan’s influence over the 4th Lands.
3. Establishing and keeping good relations with other organizations of the Portal.
V. Economics.
1. The budget of the clan is guaranteed by its members’ property.
2. Every member of the clan has the right to give his property to another member of the clan.
3. The clan’s expenses are spread evenly among its members as far as it is possible for them.
VI. Absolute or complete ceasing of the clan’s activities.
1. The clan is dismissed if the Council confirms such a decision.
2. If the clan had lost all its feuds.
3. By a direct order from the Magistrate
