Good map. Balanced, long and addictive gameplay, and Teal was quite a worthy opponent to the very end (more on that in a moment). Plus for the town portal scroll for each player (you could play fortress and stronghold, without fear that there will be a problem with moving around the map; and besides, one scroll per player limited the ability to use this spell by all heroes of a given color).

I don't understand why all the heroes started with Equestrian's Gloves, and logistic and path finding were available from the very beginning of the game? Why did the author apply swamp in the starting zone and give all these amenities?

Teal heroes didn't get promoted, so they had power and knowledge in the end game at 1/1, and their spells had weak power and lasted only a turn! That is why the final battle was average.
